I must reiterate. I LOVE drawing this guy. In contrast to his adversary of the morning, this is the happiest man alive. Don't you get the impression that he gets out of bed in the morning (or whenever) with a Kool Aid Man "Oh YEAH!"?

Enter the damping generator. We actually discussed several designs. Dampers make sense in a super hero setting, particularly this one. Powered people would have been studied somewhere in the '80s, and the dividends of that research would have taken well over a decade to show up. Like all new technology it was big and bulky at first. That is the slim model.
